Purpose: This document outlines the rules and guidelines for using our website and purchasing artwork or services.
Macaulay Woods Studio operates this website at www.macaulaywoods.com (“Site”). By using this Site you agree to the following terms.
PERMITTED USE
Visitors are welcome to view artwork on the Site and make inquiries or purchases through the Studio Shop. You may not scrape, copy, download, or use any artwork or content without prior written permission from Macaulay Woods Studio.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork and content on this Site is protected by copyright ©Macaulay Woods and applicable U.S. and international intellectual property laws. No artwork may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any medium — including web, print, social media, television, billboard, merchandise, or NFT — without obtaining proper written permission and legal clearance from Macaulay Woods Studio.
SALES & SHIPPING POLICY
All Sales Are Final
All artwork purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact the studio prior to purchase with any questions about a work.
Shipping & Handling
Domestic orders ship via FedEx or UPS. Domestic shipping, packing, and handling is $250 per work. This includes professional packaging materials appropriate for works on canvas, and shipping insurance valued at the purchase price.
International shipping is arranged individually. Please contact the studio at studio@macaulaywoods.com prior to purchase to receive a shipping quote for your location. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Shipping Timeline
Works are carefully prepared for shipment and typically ship within 7–14 business days of purchase. You will receive tracking information once your work has shipped.
Damage in Transit
All works are shipped fully insured. In the rare event of damage in transit, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at studio@macaulaywoods.com.
Certificate of Authenticity
Each work ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Copyright remains with the artist. Purchase of a work does not transfer any reproduction rights.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Macaulay Woods Studio is not liable for any damages arising from use of this Site, including technical issues or content inaccuracies. All content is provided for informational and artistic purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
THIRD PARTY LINKS
This Site may contain links to external websites for reference only. We do not endorse or control third party content and are not responsible for its accuracy or impact.
